MTSU Graduation is This Saturday

MTSU will award an estimated 1,841 degrees during its two fall 2015 commencement ceremonies this Saturday, Dec. 12, inside Murphy Center.

The morning ceremony begins at 9 a.m. sharp Dec. 12, and the afternoon ceremony begins at 2 p.m. Each ceremony is expected to last 2 1/2 to three hours.

Rutherford County Juvenile Court Judge Donna Scott Davenport, an MTSU alumna, is the guest speaker for the morning ceremony. U.S. Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn) will address the afternoon ceremony.

MTSU President Sidney A. McPhee and other MTSU officials also will speak briefly to graduates during the ceremonies.
