The MTSU Police Department will conduct sobriety roadside-safety checkpoints during the early morning hours of Saturday on Alumni Drive at Homecoming Circle on the MTSU campus. Campus officers will evaluate drivers for signs of alcohol or drug impairment at the checkpoints. Officers will target those who operate a vehicle while impaired, and they'll also take action on any other violations observed while ensuring the protection of all motorists.
