A Murfreesboro man is in jail after allegedly touching a minor at a Nashville water park.

Suspect Christopher Hrinda, age 23, was transported to the Davidson County Jail after being arrested for sexual battery. The arrest took place after an incident Thursday at Nashville Shores in Hermitage on Percy Priest Lake. According to the Metro police affidavit, he touched a juvenile female inappropriately while in the wave pool. The age of the minor is unknown at this time.

The victim allegedly told Hrinda to stop, but he continued to touch her, according to news partner Fox 17. He then flipped her off her float after he touched her yet again in a private area. Later, he went up to her and asked her why she did not "want this," according to the report. That's when she went and got and adult.

Hrinda is booked on $30,000 bond for two counts of the charge.
