A 33-year old Country Almond Way man has been charged with aggravated burglary and violation of a bond condition. Hunter Lawrence Womack was taken in by MPD officers after a relative reported his home was broken into Wednesday.

When the victim returned to his Van Cleve Lane home, he found the front window broken out and called police. Officer Cameron Adam reports the victim found his Glock pistol in the hallway floor. He also told Officer Adam his home was broken into two-weeks ago and he knew who did it.

Working on information gathered from the victim and evidence from the scene, MPD arrested Womack in the Hardee's drive through on Old Fort Parkway. He was arrested last week on domestic violence charges.

As part of his bond condition, he was not supposed to go back to his wife's home on Country Almond Way. However, earlier Wednesday, he reportedly showed up and asked for 10-dollars. That violated his bond condition. Womack also faces aggravated burglary and vandalism charges. His bond was set at 18-thousand dollars.
