The City of Murfreesboro Community Development Department is accepting applications for 2015-16 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding. The deadline for applications is February 27, 2015.

"The ESG Program is designed to identify sheltered and unsheltered homeless persons, as well as those at risk of homelessness," said Community Development Director John Callow. "These funds help local agencies provide the services necessary to help folks experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness. One goal of the program is to help at-risk residents quickly retain stability in permanent housing."
