For the 5th time, a Murfreesboro man has been charged with “Driving on a Revoked License.” Mr. William Pickel was pulled over on Thompson Lane. Apparently, the truck being driven by Pickel did not have a license plate. Prior to police pulling the truck over, Officer Ferrell pulled in behind it. After the officer pulled behind Pickel, Pickel allegedly pulled over and moved into the passenger seat and the passenger moved to the drivers seat.

Soon after the swithcaroo, Officer Ferrell stopped the truck and spoke to the original driver who was 53-year old William Pickel, according to a recent arrest report. It didn't take long for police to confirm the pickle that Mr. Pickel was in. He was revealed to have been driving on a revoked license for a 5th time and had been declared a Habitual Offender last year.

Pickel was arrested and placed under $4,500 bond.
