Murfreesboro Police investigate possible home invasion - so far no arrests

Police are still investigating a home invasion that was reported in Murfreesboro on Saturday (2/23/13). The incident occurred on Todd Court off of Toddington Drive.

The victim told authorities an unknown black male entered her home, physically assaulted her and left about 25-minutes later. The case was turned over to Murfreesboro detectives and is being investigated at this time. On a side note, the report shows that the assailant did not steal anything and only assaulted the victim.

The victim was transported to Middle Tennessee Medical Center for the treatment of her injuries sustained in the home invasion.
