Murfreesboro School Board - Who is Seeking Reelection?

There are three seats that will be up for grabs on the Murfreesboro School Board. The seats are being left vacant by the death of Dennis Rainier and two board members who plan to step off the board and not seek reelection. Those not seeking reelection include Nancy Duggin and Dr. Susan Andrews. The deadline to qualify to run to be on the school board is January 19th. So far, only two people have qualified to run. Those two persons include Butch Campbell, who is already on the board and is seeking a reelection and local resident Aaron Hall. We are told that current school board member Nancy Phillips will also seek reelection, but has not filled out the paperwork yet at the county election commission office on the local square.
