A taxi cab driver was arrested in Murfreesboro on a DUI charge. Reports indicate the Oldsmobile minivan she was driving was the actual cab for "Classy Taxi."

35-Year old Tiffany C. Handley was pulled over for failing to maintain a lane of travel after crossing the double yellow line three times. The arresting officer also noted that she was slamming on her brakes for no apparent reason.

When the officer made contact with Handley on Christmas Eve it was noted that she was chewing on her tongue and had two Alprazolam pills (Anxiety medication) with her. After failing a field sobriety test, she was arrested.

Handley will appear in court on March 29, 2016.
