Murfreesboro will soon have two more Walmart stores. This time, two Neighborhood Markets.

The new Walmart Neighborhood Markets in Murfreesboro, scheduled to open this winter, move closer to completion as associates now begin stocking shelves in preparation for the grand openings. The approximately 41,000-square-foot stores, located at 1153 Fortress Blvd. and 2478 New Salem Highway, will include a full line of groceries and an assortment of merchandise.

"With major construction complete, we're in the home stretch for our grand opening," said store manager Bruce DiMarco. "We're proud of our new store and look forward to welcoming members of the community to come visit us."

"We're bringing convenient shopping and low prices to Murfreesboro, and the wait is almost over," said store manager George Downer. "We look forward to saving Murfreesboro shoppers money so they can live better."
