A Murfreesboro woman with the Tennessee Paint Horse Club out of Dickson, TN has been accused of stealing over $6,000 from the organization.

Former club president Howard Norman told police that she wrote herself a check for $6,750. The complainant told police she had no legal right to the clubs funds.

The Tennessee Paint Horse Club is an organization that offers horse shows throughout the year focusing on the American Paint Horse breed.

The case is now under investigation and no arrests have been made.
