The 13.1-mile course starts and stops at MTSU's Dean Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium and the course is around the beautiful flat and tree-lined Murfreesboro historic district. The Murfreesboro Half Marathon course has been certified as accurate in measurement according to the standards adopted by the USATF Road Running Technical Council. "Life In The Bottoms" is the final part of MTSU's 2012 local history series. The evening begins with a barbecue dinner at 5:30PM. PrintThere may soon be new county school zones and county commission districts in Rutherford County. The county’s redistricting committee has given the nod to changes that will have to be approved by the full county commission December the 15th. The redistricting committee will meet again on Wednesday evening at 5 to further discuss the proposed changes and how it will impact current county commissioners.
