We have heard a lot of people talking about the need for a new traffic light on 231 South at County Farm Road in Murfreesboro when the new Walmart opens. Mayor Shane McFarland confirmed that a new traffic signal will be installed by the time that Walmart opens in 2015.  

As previously reported, the Walmart on County Farm Road will open during the first quarter of 2015 and the new Walmart on Memorial Boulevard in front of the airport, will open by Black Friday this year.
