A 25-year sentence has been handed down to a Rutherford County man after pleading guilty to the kidnapping and attempted murder of his stepmother.
Timir Tyneil Clark of Smyrna was arrested in October of 2010 after allegedly attacking his mother in her home, bounding her with a restraint and then stabbing her multiple times.
