UPDATE: License suspended for Masseur in Murfreesboro after alleged misconduct

The state of Tennessee Massage Licensure Board has suspended the license of a local masseuse accused of sexually assaulting two women during a massage this past December.

Two women accused a worker at a massage business on Old Fort Parkway of sexual assault. The incident allegedly occurred at a business called Aqua Footcare and Massage in the Stones River Mall. One of the women who filed a complaint with the Murfreesboro Police Department was a juvenile. She says that suspect, Yuntao Jiang, removed her underwear and touched her buttocks without her consent during a massage. The suspension from the state suggests that Jiang told the teenager, "relax and that this was his job."

The 21-year old victim said that she disrobed in a private room in order to prepare for the massage and that Jiang told her to take all of her clothing off and to lie down on the massage table. New to having a massage, the victim complied.

During the massage, the 21-year old victim says that the suspect sexually assaulted her (information according to a MPD incident report and state documents). The actual police report is labeled as a "rape" incident. The paperwork filed by the Tenneessee Massage Licensure Board (1/25/13) documents that Jiang is also accused of exposing himself to the woman and forcing himself onto her during the massage. The state report states, "the adult client never consented to any sexual acts."

Both sexual assaults were said to have occurred on the same day and the two victims were not acquainted with each other in any way.

The 22-year old  suspect was arrested at the Stones River Mall on January 5th. Murfreesboro Police reported that Jiang was located by mall security when they arrived. The culprit was in a massage kiosk at the mall.

In December of 2012, Jiang was charged with two counts of rape and has since lost his massage license by way of suspension by the Tennessee Massage Licensure Board.
