Someone went to a lot of trouble to obtain narcotics. A Nashville resident is accused of forging MRI documents from an MRI Imaging office in Murfreesboro.  The purpose of the forgery was to fool a clinic in Davidson County into prescribing pain killers. The office from where the images were forged told police that the suspect has never even been a patient of theirs.

The clinic in Nashville that was one of the two victims in this case will have to report the suspect to the Metro Police Department, which means charges, may be filed in both jurisdictions. A copy of the forged MRI, which likely belongs to another patient, has been seized by police in Murfreesboro as evidence.
