January 31, 2013 (MTSU at FIU)

Down 17 points at halftime, the MTSU Blue Raiders stormed back in the second half to beat the FIU Panthers 66-64 at the buzzer. With .09 second left on the clock, Shawn Jones caught a lob above the rim and and layed it in for what proved to be the game winning basket for MTSU. JT Sulton lead the Blue Raiders in scoring with 9 points and he also grabbed 8 rebounds. Kerry Hammonds added 8 points and marcos knight finished with 7 points and a team high 9 rebounds. The win improves MTSU to (19-4) overall and (11-1) in Sun Belt Conference play. Chip Walters has the play-by-play.
