Minor accident Thursday afternoon involving police cruiser

A Murfreesboro Police Officer was involved in a minor accident Thursday afternoon. The accident occurred in the Regency Park subdivision. MPD Sgt. Kyle Evans told WGNS that no one was injured. The Tennessee Highway Patrol investigated the collision.

The Murfreesboro Social Security Office has reduced public office hours 30-minutes each weekday. It is now open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. PLUS: the office now closes at NOON every Wednesday.
