Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Marilyn Phillips-Carter. She works at a local medical business in town and she does such a good job at comforting others in times of need. Today she will receive flowers compliments of Rion Flowers and Gifts and WGNS.
