Time to recognize another great resident in Rutherford County. Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Catherine Cartwright. We were told that she has been through one extreme to another, but manages to grow stronger daily. The person who nominated her told us she is being an example to so many, working through adversity.
