"Farm Day" is this Saturday afternoon from 2:00 to 5:00 at the Wilderness Station in the rear of Barfield Crescent Park.

Murfreesboro Park's and Recreation spokesperson Rachel Singer said, "We learn about some of the family farms right here in Rutherford County. Guest presenters will give first-hand accounts of growing principles and ideas. Kid activities will be provided to engage the youth in agricultural fun while allowing adults to engage, undistracted, in the presentations. It’ll be a great day for the whole family."
