Our WGNS Good Neighbor of the Day is Bill Shacklett. Shacklett recently took some very interesting pictures of painters on top of the Rutherford County Courthouse and allowed for WGNS to use those photos. Today, Mr. Shacklett will receive flowers, compliments of Rion Flowers and Gifts.
