Phil Barnett is one of those people who loves our community and is devoted to making it better. Phil volunteers his leadership skills with the Murfreesboro Center for the Arts, the Heart of Tennessee Red Cross, the Murfreesboro Symphony Orchestra, the Rotary Club--and a long list of other non-profits.
