MPD Announces the graduation of two supervisors from Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command

The Murfreesboro Police Department is pleased to announce the graduation of Sergeant Bryan Anderson and Sergeant Melonie Roche from the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command.

The School of Police Staff and Command provides upper-level college instruction in a total of twenty-two core blocks of instruction and nine elective blocks. The major topics of study include: Management and Management Theory, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources for Law Enforcement, Budgeting, Staffing Allocation and Personnel Deployment.

The Murfreesboro Police Department congratulates Sergeants Anderson and Roche on this accomplishment and anticipates a variety of benefits to the Department and City.
