The police report was labeled as a strong armed robbery.

A 19-year old Murfreesboro man told police that he received a ride home from Smyrna from a friend. The victim told officers the so called friend told him that he had to run an errand on the way to his house. That errand took them to a trailer park on Brinkley Avenue.

Once at the mobile home park, four white males allegedly pulled him from the vehicle and beat him, leaving the driver untouched. The victim told police that his wallet and I-phone were stolen in the fight that left him scratched and bruised. Detectives are now investigating the case.
