More news on the bank robbery that occurred in LaVergne this past August. LaVergne Police worked with the FBI on Tuesday to further connect suspect Brandon Ray Malone to the scene of the crime. You may recall, Malone was arrested on September 5th for robbing Suntrust Bank on August 29th. The 32-year old is also accused of robbing a First Tennessee Bank in Nashville on September 5th. Malone was arrested by an observant off duty police officer.
