Murfreesboro Firefighter Jeff Bratcher is our Toot’s Volunteer. While raising an eight and fourteen year old and taking his wife to chemo treatments, Jeff volunteered to read to kindergarten and third grade students at Mitchell Neilson Elementary.  Jeff Bratcher is always volunteering to help others and he is passionate about his two decades of service with the Murfreesboro Fire Department.
