Officers Rashad Howse and Parlmer Gibbs

Murfreesboro Police Officers Rashad Howse and Palmer Gibbs were on patrol in the Courtland Street area recently when they spotted a man who had been convicted of several burglaries. This time he was carrying some outdoor power tools that he told Officers Howse and Gibbs belonged to his grandfather. He was taken-in for questioning and admitted that the items were stolen from North Academy Street. Their alert teamwork made our community safer by removing a repeat offender from the streets.
