Man Says Acquaintance Came to His Home, Stole His Wallet and Cell Phone

A Murfreesboro man called the police on Friday to report that an acquaintance entered his home and stole money from him. The suspect also stole the victims cell phone before fleeing the scene. Police were actively seeking the suspect on Friday morning at around 11:45.

The Murfreesboro Social Security Office has reduced public office hours 30-minutes each weekday. It is now open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. PLUS: the office now closes at NOON every Wednesday.
