There was an indecent exposure case that was brought to the attention of Murfreesboro Police on Thursday morning. The witness claims that several times, she has seen a man standing in the street  exposing himself. The suspect was seen in the area of Franklin Road.

When police investigated they caught up with the culprit parked in a car in the rear of Publix. Police did not file charges against the suspect because he did not commit the indecent exposure in front of them. They informed the victim of the warrants process. So far, a warrant has not been filed.
