No arrests made in possible home invasion that left resident unconscious on Genoa Drive

A resident on Genoa Drive in Murfreesboro, directly off of St. Andrews Drive, told police he heard his home alarm sounding and when he went to see if anyone had entered, he saw two white males in his hallway. The 37-year old victim said the home invasion happened at about 1 in the morning this past Saturday.

The victim was struck by one or both of the subjects and knocked unconscious. When he came to, the two men were gone. Police say the victim had a red mark above his right eye where he was struck.

According to the property description of what was stolen, the only thing known to be missing was a cell phone.

In hopes of catching the culprits, police called in the K-9 officer. A k-9 was used to track the subjects, but the search turned out to be unsuccessful. No arrests have been made.

Suspect Description:

Two white males. One wearing red shorts and a tank top with blonde hair. Second, unknown.
