The Tennessee Supreme Courts have again denied a murder case with ties to Murfreesboro from moving forward with a potential new trial.

Jonathan D. Alajemba was convicted of felony murder in the shooting death of Tommy Moss at 1346 Searcy St. in 2008. Three other victims were also shot in what was called a robbery when Alajemba allegedly attempted to steal marijuana from Moss' home.

24-year old Alajemba will still have to serve one life sentence plus a secondary sentence of 25-years. He will be eligible for parole at the age of 87. Again, a new trial will not occur.
