Wesley Robinson spent the past two years focusing on the health and safety of one man: the King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Now the Emergency Room Nurse and Fitness Specialist has launched UFIT Fitness Studio at 169 Mall Circle to bring that same VIP fitness treatment to local residents in Murfreesboro and Rutherford County.

"I spent years taking care of people in crisis - people who were in their current situation due to a long list of poor choices," Robinson explains. "It was surreal to focus on one man for two years, attempting to prevent the crisis that comes with smoking, poor nutrition and lack of exercise."

Robinson learned the real challenge was training clients to form good habits.

"There is a lot of psychology in helping people move away from bad habits and replacing those habits with good ones," he says. "I came to the quick realization that education, accountability, and relationship were the keys to success. However, the fitness industry often forgets people are individuals."

Along with his business partners, an athletic trainer and a personal trainer, Robinson aims to bring individualized service to everyone, not just royalty.

The trio uses a team approach to formulate a training, nutrition, and accountability plan for each individual client. Additionally, all training is performed privately in the studio, unless the client prefers to work in a small group setting. Clients can expect top results with hard work and dedication.

"I wouldn't risk a 100% money back guarantee if serious results were not the norm," Robinson concludes.
