The 13.1-mile course starts and stops at MTSU's Dean Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium and the course is around the beautiful flat and tree-lined Murfreesboro historic district. PrintMurfreesboro Police Officer Michael Payne was recognized for investigating "questionable photos of area children". He spoke with parents in the impacted neighborhood and then went door to door where he discovered a "sexual offender" who had not registered. Officer Payne's evidence charged this low life with sexual exploitation of a minor, violation of the sex offender registry, and unlawful photography.
