SAY WHAT? O.J. Simpson to Ask for a New Trial for What Charges?

O.J. Simpson will ask for a new trial beginning Monday, 5/13/13.  The former football star was given a  33-year sentence for kidnapping and robbery during a 2008 incident in Las Vegas.  He’s now appealing his conviction and claims that his attorney at the time, Yale Galanter, misrepresented him causing him to be found guilty.  Simpson will testify during the hearing which is expected to last all week.
WGNS will cover this story with the help of ABC news throughout the day on Monday, 5/13/13.
