You can help the family of a local little girl who is bravely fighting cancer by purchasing items in an online auction. Leah Smallwood was diagnosed with neuroblastoma stage 4 high risk cancer on Feb. 13, 2012. She has had several treatments of chemotherapy and radiation, stem cell transplants and surgery to remove as much of the 3 tumors as possible and lost a kidney as a result of the surgery. At this time there are no more treatments available. She is currently doing an experimental treatment at Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia twice a month where her treatments are a week long.

The auction was created to help with medical bills and other travel expenses. All proceeds of the auction will go to Leah's family. You can bid, online at comasmontgomery.com, until Tuesday at 6pm. Items include sports and music memorabilia, autographed items and more. We have a link to the website where you can bid online at wgnsradio.com, keyword smallwood.
