Owner of Restaurant Arrested and Charged with Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor

The owner of Sami’s Hooka Lounge on Middle Tennessee Boulevard was arrested for allegedly allowing persons under the age of 21 to drink alcoholic beverages in the restaurant near Kroger. Of the 13-teenagers that Bassam Yousif Ihmaidan was accused of allowing to drink,  9 were under the age of 18 and were placed into police custody and charged with violating the curfew law and underage consumption. The remaining 4-teenagers were 18 or older and were simply written a citation for underage consumption. Ihmaidan will appear in court to face 13-counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges on April 10th.
