Several weeks ago we spoke to Tanyata Gooden about being able to walk again. Today, she still has that goal ahead of her. Right now, it is simply a matter of raising enough money for a procedure in Kentucky.

Complications during the delivery of her daughter meant that Murfreesboro mother Tanyata Gooden would never be able to walk again. At least, that is what Gooden was told 15-years ago.

WGNS first told you about Gooden on September 14th and today (11/10/16), she is still aiming to someday walk on her own, just as she did when she was a kid.

It seems as if medical help may allow her to regain feeling in her legs and possibly, learn how to walk again (20-sec)...

Tanyata's daughter started a GoFundme account to help pay for a total of five procedures that will take place in Kentucky.
