A Poplar Avenue man has been charged with sexual battery. Murfreesboro Police Detective Tommy Roberts reports 56-year old Keith Howard has been arrested after an alleged Father's Day incident.

The victim, who we're not identifying nor her relationship to Howard, reports she was groped by him and she touched her private area.

After being interviewed by authorities, he was arrested. He'll be in General Sessions Court on Thursday to answer to the charges.
