A missing prescription pad led a suspect to attempt to get drugs from a local pharmacy. Murfreesboro Police report Pruitt's Discount Pharmacy contacted Genesis Psychiatric Services to confirm a prescription called in by someone named "Brad" and another that had been dropped off.

The prescription called for 180 10mg Opana and 90 10mg cyclobenzaprine along with 60 800mg ibuprofen.

M-P-D reports Genesis told the pharmacy they had a prescription pad stolen and the prescriptions were not valid.

Copies of all of the prescriptions were taken in by police as evidence while they investigate the incident.
