What is routinely called a "Knock and Talk" by police departments landed one person behind bars.

Officer Fountain with the Murfreesboro Police Department went to 802 East Main Street in Murfreesboro where he visited with apartment resident Lisa Ann Tenpenny. The address is directly across the street from Central Magnet School and police went to her condominium due to a complaint of drugs or possible drug activity.

When Tenpenny opened the door, she advised police it took her a long time to answer because both she and her male friend were nude. She then gave Officer Fountain consent to enter her condo. Police found a bottle of Ritalin that was filled with 60 pills on February 6, 2015. The only problem is that out of the 60-pills, only 5 were currently in the bottle. Ms. Tenpenney then gave police permission to search her personal cell phone, even providing the officer with the pass code to unlock the phone.

When searching the cell phone belonging to Tenpenney, police noted in their report, "I observed text messages in reference to Ms. Tenpenny offering sexual favors for money. Some of the text messages showed that subjects were meeting her at her apartment and engaging in sexual favors as well as emails from people on CraigsList 'men seeking women' and 'casual encounters' forums."

Officer Fountain further reported, "Ms. Tenpenny admitted to selling her prescription drugs and that she had several 'sugardaddy's' who frequented her for sexual favors." A crack pipe was also found in her condo and she admitted ownership of it.

Tenpenny was arrested and it was noted that the arrest took place within 1,000 feet of Central Magnet School, which is a crime in and of itself. She was charged with not only prostitution, but also manufacturing or selling a schedule two drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
