Less than a day after being placed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top 10 Most Wanted list, Bobby Eugene Blaylock was captured in Nashville.

Blaylock, 39, was taken into custody in East Nashville after officers from the Metro Nashville Police Department recognized the vehicle he was driving from information TBI issued when placing Blaylock on the Top 10 list on Friday. Metro officers identified the vehicle on Main Street, near Yeaman Place. Blaylock then turned from Main onto Yeaman in an apparent attempt to avoid law enforcement. Before officers could initiate a traffic stop, however, Blaylock exited the vehicle and began to run. He stopped when commanded by officers, after which they placed him under arrest.
