Robber Only Wanted Lottery Tickets

Tennessee lottery tickets were all that one thief was after on Monday. The clerk at the Shell gas station on North Rutherford Boulevard told police the culprit entered the store and pointed his gun at her stating, “don’t do anything stupid.” The man, described as a white male standing about 5’10” and weighting 190-pounds, then grabbed the plastic containers on the counter that hold the lottery tickets. The man then fled the scene on foot.

A police K-9 tracked the suspect to a dumpster behind the store where a jacket, sweatpants and a black pellet gun were located. The suspect was however long gone.
