Russian Adoption Still in Bedford Co. Courts

The civil case against a woman who sent her adopted son back to his native Russia still does not have a date for trial. Torry Hansen was expected to be in Bedford County Circuit Court on Wednesday. But the case has been postponed because depositions are not complete.

PrintThe World Association for Children and Parents is suing for child support.
Hansen sent the 8-year-old boy back to Moscow in 2010 because she claimed he was violent. The case could be rescheduled for sometime in March.
