It's another exciting week of classes at the Rutherford County Farmer's Market.

Farmers Market class for Tuesday, August 30 will be given by Extension agent Carla Bush. The class will cover how to select, store and prepare tomatoes.. The Seasonal Eating class starts at 9 a.m. and if free and open to the public.

On Friday, September 2, George Martin from Martin's Honeyhouse will discuss Managing Pests and Diseases in Honeybees. Learn how to keep your hives healthy and what to do when problems occur. Class is free and starts at 9 a.m.

Classes are held at the Community Center of the Lane Agri-Park Complex on John R Rice Blvd.
