Save Someone's Life With Your Health Insurance Card. How?

You're in a store or restaurant and you see a man suddenly clutch his chest, as he suffers  a heart attack.  Robert Rickman tells what to do next...

VERBATIM:

You open up your wallet, pull out your health insurance card, pull-off three aspirin that are taped to the card, and treat the victim.
