You're in a store or restaurant and you see a man suddenly clutch his chest, as he suffers  a heart attack.  Robert Rickman tells what to do next...

You open up your wallet, pull out your health insurance card, pull-off three aspirin that are taped to the card, and treat the victim.

 

 

Dr. Larry Witanowski, a pulmonologist,   says, "...a good dose of aspirin, will prevent the clot in the coronary artery from getting worse."
