Murfreesboro Police are still investigating an armed robbery of the Shoney's on South Church Street. It happened earlier this week when a woman walked into the restaurant with a handgun and demanded the manager give her money. There was 250-dollars in the drawer, which the suspect leave the scene with on foot. Police describe the suspect as a black female, who was wearing a black hooded jacket and may have left in a silver vehicle.
