Siegel High School’s FBLA and DECA will host the second annual Fall Marketplace for a Cure and Prevention of Cancer on October 27, 2012 from 9a.m.-5p.m. Because of the success of last year’s event, $462.00 was donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer research.

The Fall Marketplace vendors include handmade items of jewelry and hand painted ornaments as well as direct sales representatives from Jaci’s Jewels, Pampered Chef, and others.  Vendors will be set up in theSiegelHigh School theater/gymnasium hallway, cafeteria and courtyard.  In addition to the retail booths, the Fall Marketplace will include information booths on health, cancer treatments, and organizations that assist cancer patients such as the American Cancer Society and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Blood Assurance will also be on site to host a blood drive and bone marrow registry. If you donate blood or register your DNA, you will be put in a drawing for a great prize.
