Smyrna Police are searching for a suspect, seen recently in town, who is on the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry and has violent tendencies.

Sgt. Bobby Gibson with Smyrna P-D tells NewsRadio WGNS 36-year old David Pryor currently has a violation of probation warrant with the local department and felony warrants out of Coffee County. He was seen in Smyrna on Sunday, December 20th and has relatives in the area.

Gibson says if you see Pryor, don't approach him and contact police.
