Special Motorcycle Ride to Benefit the Fisher House

A special motorcycle ride will take place on Saturday, October 6th to raise money for the Fisher House on the York VA Medical Campus in Murfreesboro.

A Fisher House is a "home away from home" for families of patients receiving care at the VA facility. A Fisher House is being built for military families now.

Sign ups for the motorcycle ride will be between 10 and 11, on the morning of October 6th. The ride will leave at 11. The ride will start at the Crazy J2 Bar at exit 89 off of I-24, next to Love's truck Stop.

BULLETIN: New Hours at Social Security Office
The Murfreesboro Social Security Office has reduced public office hours 30-minutes each weekday. It is now open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. PLUS: the office now closes at NOON every Wednesday. Social Security employees will continue to work their regular shifts, but this change allows time for face-to-face consultations as well as processing more claims.
